A Dubai institution since 2001; The Lime Tree Cafe has three locations in Dubai. I use to only visit their Jumeirah location (which has lovely outdoor seating) but this morning I needed a coffee boost so I headed to Al Quoz. The vibe is similar to Jumeirah. Large vitrines show case their amazing fresh food selection, black boards with breakfast menu items listed and of course their massive drinks selection make for a rather pleasing little place; some people would even end that sentence with a #foodporn.
I only had a latte (with soy milk) as I was told none of the sweet items were dairy free. Sometimes they have sometimes not. I guess today was not my lucky day but the salads were definitely looking on point. The Lime Tree Cafe is only serving for breakfast and lunch/dinner (depending on the location) which suits me just fine as I am not a massive dinner eater anyway. The Lime Tree Cafe also has a small shopping area with kitchen items, recipe books, and little food items to treat someone, or yourself, with. Of course you can also order whole cakes from there.
If you are looking for a casual vibe in Dubai this is another great place to visit.
