A quick and easy summer sipper here for you. After a day doing stuff you need to refresh and rehydrate. Water infusions are a great way to increase your water intake while also having something that tastes, and looks, delicious. Plus those extra fruity nutrients are always welcome.
Recipe
500 mL cold water
1/4 grapefruit, sliced
1/4 grapefruit, juiced
5-6 sage leaves
Mix all the ingredients together a set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
